Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Valley View AI and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Valley View AI, you agree to the following terms:

• Types of messages. You may receive text messages related to appointment reminders and confirmations, service updates, responses to your inquiries, and, where you have provided express written consent, marketing and promotional messages.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].
• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
